4.Adjust剥头机① Confirm if the upper and lower blades are parallel. ② The pressure roller is aligned vertically with the lower blade. ③ The horizontal distance between the upper and lower blades is the wire rope spacing (loosen the bolt on the upper blade holder, move the position of the upper blade).After the actuating mechanism is tightened, adjust the distance between the pressure roller and the lower blade by turning the bolt. Ensure the wire rope stripping is even from top to bottom.
5.Hold with the blade down Raw steel wire rope, clamped by the manipulating mechanism, initiates the electric traction machine's cutter movement, which can evenly strip the rubber off the steel wire rope.
6.The top blade holds two steel wire ropes, the bottom blade grips one, the control mechanism tightens, the electric traction machine activates the blade movement, which can evenly strip the rubber from the steel wire ropes, thus peeling off the rubber one by one from inside.

6.Ensure even and continuous pulling during traction.
