Composed of a composite of polyurethane and natural rubber, the part in contact with the belt (primarily serving the sealing function) is made of polyurethane. The polyurethane is cast using imported powder, offering superior wear resistance and a longer service life compared to that made using extrusion technology, without damaging the belt.

The overflow skirt board is constructed with a double-layer seal of a flat plate and skirt edge, where the flat plate is tightly adhered to the side of the guide slot, contacting the belt at the bottom to prevent material overflow. The skirt edge is flipped out and can rotate within a certain angle, relying on the rubber plate's elasticity to automatically track the belt and maintain a tight contact, offering excellent sealing performance.

　　3The skirt board's sealing edge features a single-sided arc transition, which prevents damage to the belt and skirt during belt misalignment and allows for automatic restoration to its original position.
