The driven grinding wheel machine is primarily used for general industrial and mining foundries as a tool for sharpening blades, and it is also suitable for grinding, deburring, and removing burrs from small parts within a humid tropical region where the surrounding relative air humidity does not exceed 95% and the surrounding environmental temperature does not exceed +40℃.

3. Select a grinding wheel that matches the spindle speed of the grinder, according to the manufacturer's instructions. The newly purchased grinding wheel must have a factory certification or inspection mark. Do not use the wheel if any defects such as quality issues, hardness, particle size, or cracks are found before installation.

4. The grinding wheel machine is securely installed with tight bolts, ensuring no loosening or damage.

5. The sizes of the abrasive wheel flanges are consistent, with their diameters not being less than 1/3 of the abrasive wheel diameter. The abrasive wheel should not be less than 1/3 of the abrasive wheel diameter.                  Flexible gaskets available. 

6. When tightening the nut, use a specialized wrench. Do not over-tighten it, and strictly avoid hammering with hard objects to prevent the grinding wheel from cracking.

7. After the grinding wheel is installed, a protective guard must be attached.

8. When starting a new abrasive wheel, do not rush. First, perform a point check, and only after a trial run of 5 to 10 minutes can it be used. Trainees are not allowed to change the abrasive wheel.

9. After the grinding wheel is turned on, it should idle for 2 to 3 minutes before use.

10. No guard for the grinding wheel, worn tool holder, not to be used if the mounting is not secure. The distance between the grinding wheel and the tool holder should be less than 3MM.

11. Do not apply excessive force or impact the grinding wheel when grinding workpieces or cutting tools. It is prohibited to grind workpieces that are difficult to control by hand due to their size, as well as non-ferrous metals and other non-metallic materials, on a grinding wheel machine.

12. No two persons are allowed to work on the same grinding wheel simultaneously, and it is also prohibited to grind workpieces on the side of the grinding wheel.

13. During grinding, the operator must not stand in front of the grinding wheel. Protective eyewear and dust masks should be worn. For workpieces that require extended grinding time, cooling should be applied promptly to prevent burning hands. It is forbidden to wrap the workpiece with cotton or other materials for grinding.

14. Regularly adjust the balance of the grinding wheel surface to maintain good condition.

15. Replace the grinding wheel immediately once it has worn down to the specified size; otherwise, use is prohibited.

19. After blade grinding is completed, the power to the grinding wheel machine should be turned off promptly.
