I. Product Introduction

Hand truck-type grinding wheels are particularly suitable for moderately high castings, such as flat surfaces or riser and runner cut-offs. The simple design of the hand truck-type grinding wheel makes it easy to manufacture in any scale foundry, offers convenient use, and delivers noticeable results. The outline dimensions can be adjusted according to the casting requirements.

 III. Cautionary Notes ：   

(1) Select the grit size of the grinding wheel based on the material of the component to be processed and the required processing progress. For softer metals like copper and aluminum, a coarser grinding wheel should be used. For components with higher precision requirements, a finer grinding wheel is necessary.
(2) Select the appropriate grinding wheel face based on the desired shape.
(3) The grinding wheel must be free of cracks, chips, or other defects or damage, and should be securely mounted. This should be constantly monitored during use; if any cracks, chips, or other defects or damage are detected in the grinding wheel, use should be immediately discontinued and a new one should be installed; when in motion, the machine should be stopped and tightened promptly.
