Product Overview:

This product is a mixture of refined liquid hydrocarbons derived from petroleum, primarily consisting of a saturated cyclic and linear alkane blend. It is produced through atmospheric and vacuum distillation, solvent extraction, and kerosene dewaxing, followed by two or three stages of hydrogenation for further purification. It is soluble in ether, benzene, paraffin ether, etc., and is miscible with most fatty oils.

The total of 18 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons tests is 0, it is colorless, odorless, non-toxic, non-flammable, and non-explosive. It also passes the 72-hour VOC volatilization test with constant temperature heating, demonstrating excellent stability, lightfastness, chemical stability, non-corrosive to fiber textiles, non-irritating to the skin, and good affinity.

Product Application:

Primarily used in rubber plasticizers, processing of fiber-reinforced aluminum materials, plastic weaving, leather additives, chemicals, color masterbatch, and lubrication for textile machinery and precision instruments, as well as for compressor seals and cable materials.
