Concept:

Aromatic oil, also known as aromatic hydrocarbons or aromatics, refers to carbon-hydrocarbon compounds containing a benzene ring structure, obtained from re-refined oil or oil sludge after catalytic cracking of crude oil, and then processed through vacuum distillation and aromatic extraction.

Function:

① The oil has ultra-viscosity and brightness, no odor during use, prevents rubber carbonization, enhances rubber toughness, improves the softening and viscoelastic properties of the rubber compound, and can also improve the aging properties of vulcanized rubber. It significantly reduces the heat generation and enhances the physical and dynamic properties of vulcanized rubber, making it an excellent alternative for industrial rubber operating oils.

② Our new product, developed recently through extensive testing, can replace rosin, gum rosin, C9 resin, and has good compatibility with SBS and other high polymer materials. It is used in the production of waterproof membranes, high-grade road asphalt, and heavy-duty asphalt to dissolve SBS and other high polymer materials. The quality is stable, exceeds that of similar products currently on the market, and meets customer needs.

Application Fields:

This product is widely used in industries such as natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, conveyor belts, recycled rubber, tires, rubber products, and industries involving coatings for corrosion and waterproofing, as well as modified asphalt.
