Stainless Steel Reactor

Overview
Our factory produces stainless steel reaction vessels (electric, steam, and thermal oil heated) composed of a lid, cylinder body, jacket, agitator, shaft seal drive unit, and supports. The body and components that come into contact with the material inside the pot are made of OCr18Ni9 or 1Cr18Ni9Ti acid-resistant stainless steel plates.

Steam-heating reaction kettle

Due to varying production processes and operating conditions among users, jacketed heating types include electric rod heating, steam heating, and thermal oil circulation heating. Shaft sealing devices are available in packing and mechanical seals. Agitator types include anchor, paddle, turbine, propeller, or frame styles. Hole quantities, sizes, or other requirements can be designed and manufactured according to customer specifications.
