Depending on the control type of the actuator, it can generally be divided into: normal on-off type, intelligent regulating type, all-in-one on-off type, normal explosion-proof type, mine explosion-proof type, explosion-proof regulating type, intrinsically safe intelligent integrated on-off type, and intrinsically safe intelligent integrated regulating type. Among them, MA coal mine explosion-proof products are available in two types: dI and dIIBT4. The dI type is suitable for non-mining working surfaces in coal mines; the dIIBT4 type is suitable for factory environments and can be used in environments with IIA, IIB grade T1 to T4 gas mixtures. The product meets relevant standards, with the general type conforming to JB/T8528 - 1997 "Technical Conditions for Electric Actuators of General Valves"; the explosion-proof type complies with GB3836.1 - 2000 "General Requirements for Explosion-Proof Electrical Equipment Used in Hazardous Environments" and JB/T8529 - 1997 "Technical Conditions for Explosion-Proof Electric Actuators of Valves", and has passed the inspection of the Explosion-Proof Electrical Product Testing Center, obtaining an explosion-proof certification.

The integrated electrical assembly is derived from the Z standard model, adding numerous electrical and electronic components. The electrical part of the standard model is mainly composed of the multi-functional module MK1, remote control module MK2, button box indicator lights, opening gauge, contactors, etc. Among them, the multi-functional module MK1 consists of the phase identifier XS, interlock protector HB for contactors, and DC power supply; the remote module MK2 is composed of four solid-state relays and three rotary switches.

3. The valve rod has been treated with quenching and surface nitriding, offering excellent corrosion and abrasion resistance.

4. Multiple pipe flange standards and sealing surface types are available to meet various engineering requirements and customer needs.

5. Valve bodies are available in a wide variety, with gaskets and washers that can be reasonably selected based on actual operating conditions or customer requirements. Suitable for various pressure, temperature, and medium conditions.

6. The inverted seal utilizes a threaded connection seal seat or autogeneous welding of austenitic stainless steel, ensuring reliable sealing. Additionally, the filling material can be replaced without shutting down the machine, offering convenience and efficiency without disrupting the normal operation of the system.

7. Equipped with the compact and lightweight DZW series multi-revolution electric unit, featuring comprehensive functions, it can be paired with remote computers or optionally fitted with other electric units as per customer requirements.

8. During the opening and closing process of the valve, the friction between the sealing pairs is minimal.

9. Short stroke for valve operation, with minimal opening time.

10. Utilizing ZB\ZJ series mine valve electric actuators, ensuring safety and reliability.
