Diverse structural designsAvailable in two types based on diameter differences: dark rod (DN50～900mm) and clear rod (DN50～900mm). Designed with a full circular DC channel to prevent material sedimentation and blockages. The blade at the bottom is shaped like a knife edge, capable of cutting soft materials such as fibers, pulp, and wood pulp, while ensuring smooth opening and closing of the valve. A hard polytetrafluoroethylene scraper is installed at the top of the blade, effectively blocking abrasive materials like dust and sand from entering the packing box, significantly extending the blade's lifespan. The valve plate is made of stainless steel and polished to achieve optimal sealing. The overall design is compact, with minimal space requirement and light weight. It is affordable, easy to install, features comprehensive wear-resistant and anti-blocking measures, is easy to maintain, and has a long service life. It also allows for the selection of a drive unit.
High-quality material craftedThe valve bodies and stuffing boxes are both precision cast. The valve bodies are integrally cast with flanges, and materials can be selected according to customer requirements, including 304, 316, 316L, WCB, 2Cr13, etc. The sealing rings are made of PTFE reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene, offering corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and non-adhesive properties.
Stable valve plate supportThe valve plate features 5 support points, ensuring excellent self-alignment performance. When the valve is closed and subjected to back pressure, the valve plate does not shift, guaranteeing stable operation of the valve.
Comprehensive driver configurationsAvailable with adjustable handwheels, manual zipper, spur gear drive, bevel gear drive, pneumatic, and electric drive options, catering to various operating conditions and requirements.

Broad temperature and pressure rangeSoft-sealed (PTFE) operating temperature: -40℃ to 180℃; carbon steel: -29℃ to 425℃; stainless steel: -40℃ to 600℃; chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel ≤550℃. The working pressure range is 0.6 to 1.6 MPa, capable of adapting to different temperature and pressure conditions in the working environment.
