Hastelloy C22 exhibits excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.

It exhibits excellent antioxidant abilities in aqueous mediums, including wet chlorine, nitric acid, or oxidizing mixtures containing chloride ions. Additionally, Hastelloy C22 alloy has ideal capabilities to withstand both reducing and oxidizing environments during processing.
