Inconel625,Inconel600,Inconel601,Incoloy825,Incoloy800
The 601 alloy boasts an important property of being oxidation-resistant up to 1180°C. Even under extreme conditions, such as during heating and cooling cycles, 601 can form a dense oxide film, achieving high resistance to spalling. It also exhibits excellent resistance to carburization. Due to its high content of chromium and aluminum, 601 maintains excellent oxidation resistance in high-temperature sulfur-rich atmospheres.
Incoloy and Inconel are two distinct material series, both belonging to the nickel-chromium-iron alloy category. Incoloy is a heat-resistant nickel-chromium-iron alloy, while Inconel is a heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant nickel-chromium-iron alloy. Both are products of the American Superalloys Company.
Inconel 601 is suitable for various concentrations at low temperatures; it exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in solutions with 50% to 70% caustic (such as NaOH) without causing stress corrosion cracking. Inconel is applicable to various solutions and types containing Cl—, as well as many mediums with a concentration of less than 70% caustic.
Incoloy is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy designed for resistance to oxidation and carburization at elevated temperatures. There are many types of Incoloy alloys: common ones include Incoloy 800, Incoloy 800H,

Incoloy 800HT, Incoloy 825, Incoloy 840, Incoloy 901, Incoloy 925, Incoloy 20, Incoloy 330, Incoloy 25-6Mo, etc.
Inconel 601 is a nickel, iron, and cobalt-based alloy developed for applications requiring high mechanical and chemical properties at elevated temperatures. Common variants include Inconel 718, a precipitation-hardened nickel-chromium alloy; Inconel 600, with its high nickel content, boasts strong resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, maintains its high corrosion resistance in the reducing state, and also exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in solution; Inconel X-750, a nickel-based superalloy primarily strengthened by aging with γ, Ti, and Nb phases; and others.
