Overview:
The BZXQ-1B automatic metallographic sample mounting machine utilizes automatic mechanical pressure application, with the mounting process controlled by a temperature program. It features one-touch operation for heating, pressing, holding pressure, cooling, and unpressing, eliminating the need for operator supervision and automatically completing the sample mounting. It also comes with audio-visual alarm functions. The machine employs a reduction motor for pressure application, ensuring stable pressure, and is equipped with a water cooling system. It offers fast sample preparation, ease of operation, stable performance, and is an ideal device for sample mounting.
