Overview:
The BZXQ-2B automatic metallographic sample mounting machine utilizes automatic mechanical pressure application, with the mounting process controlled by a temperature program. It features one-touch operation for heating, pressing, holding pressure, cooling, and unpressing, eliminating the need for operator presence and automatically completing sample mounting, with an audible and visual alarm function. The double-head mold sleeve specifications can be freely selected, with independent control and operation; an innovative hot and cold separation design for enhanced safety; a high-definition touch screen for display and control, showing pressure and temperature in real-time; the machine employs a reduced-speed motor for pressure application, ensuring stable pressure, equipped with a water-cooling system for fast sample preparation, capable of serving as two machines, easy to operate, stable performance, and an ideal device for sample mounting.
