Overview:

The BZXQ-2B automatic metallographic sample mounting machine employs automatic mechanical pressure application, with the mounting process controlled by a temperature program. It achieves one-button operation for heating, pressing, holding pressure, cooling, and unpressuring, eliminating the need for operator supervision and automatically completes sample mounting, featuring an audible and visual alarm function. The double-head mold sleeve specifications can be freely selected, with independent control and operation; the unique cold-hot separation design ensures safer operation; the high-definition touch screen display and control provide real-time pressure and temperature readings; the machine uses a reducer motor for pressure application, ensuring stable pressure, equipped with a water cooling system for fast sample preparation, capable of doubling as two machines, easy to operate, with stable performance, making it an ideal equipment for sample mounting.
