Overview:

The BMP-1S metallographic sample grinder-polisher is a grinding and polishing machine controlled by a variable-frequency inverter. Its body is made of one-piece ABS molding, featuring a novel and aesthetic design, corrosion-resistant, and durable. The sturdy support base ensures precise rotational balance. The grinding disc has variable speed control, powered by a variable-frequency motor, which offers a long service life with low noise. The strong motor torque provides powerful power, delivering an efficient grinding and polishing experience. The spindle leak-proof design ensures almost indestructible bearings. Equipped with a cooling water pipe for wet grinding. It also features a bottom washing function for the grinding disc to prevent accumulation and sedimentation of grinding materials. The plastic disc is used as the grinding and polishing disc, with sandpaper secured in place by a tight ring, and a backing adhesive polishing cloth attached to the disc. Simply replacing the sandpaper and polishing cloth during use allows for coarse, fine grinding, and polishing of various samples, making it an ideal choice for metallographic sample preparation equipment.
