Overview:

The BDPF-1 Electrolytic Polishing Corrosion Tester is a metallurgical sample preparation instrument that integrates electrolytic polishing and etching functions, suitable for laboratory use in factories, colleges and universities, and research institutions. The instrument prepares metallurgical samples using electrochemical principles, and the samples prepared by electrolytic polishing and etching avoid the deformation layers caused by mechanical polishing, ensuring the的真实 and free from illusion. It is the best method for preparing samples of non-ferrous metals like titanium, aluminum, copper, and high-temperature alloys. The instrument features continuous, smooth, and adjustable output of electrolytic polishing and etching currents and voltages, and it can real-time display the working voltage, current, polishing (etching) time, and electrolyte temperature, making it easy to reproduce polishing and etching processes. This is beneficial for evaluating the microstructure and heat treatment processes of materials; the instrument also has the feature of adjustable polishing (etching) area, allowing flexible adjustments according to the actual conditions of the sample, thus suitable for preparing various materials, shapes, and sizes of metallographic samples.
The instrument circulates the electrolyte in a special manner, achieving high polishing efficiency and superior polishing results compared to other stirring methods.
Output voltage (current) is smooth and continuously adjustable. The instrument housing features a dual anti-corrosion structure with full stainless acid-resistant steel and surface spray plastic. The storage tank and other components are made of special acid-resistant materials to ensure long-term reliable operation of the instrument. The instrument is equipped with electric leakage protection.
