Overview:

The BMP-25 metallographic sample flattening machine is suitable for wet grinding, dry grinding, and polishing processes of samples. Equipped with a diamond correction blade, it can flatten the surface of the abrasive wheel, enhancing its utilization rate. It is fitted with a water supply system and boasts user-friendly operation, safety, reliability, and ease of maintenance. It is ideal for flattening operations on various materials. The surface of a sample after cutting or an unprocessed sample surface is rough and uneven. To improve the quality and efficiency of sample preparation, the sample can be flattened on the machine before pre-polishing and polishing work.
