The BYM-2 type metallographic sample pre-polishing machine is a classic product equipped with a water supply system for wet grinding. It boasts smooth transmission, low noise, easy operation and maintenance, and a large pre-polishing disc diameter suitable for various materials' pre-polishing needs. The body is made of one-piece injection-molded ABS material, featuring a novel and beautiful appearance, corrosion resistance, and durability. The sturdy large support base design ensures precise rotational balance. The motor is an AC motor with a long service life and low noise, providing strong torque for powerful power. It is equipped with a cooling water pipe, uses a plastic disc as the pre-polishing disc, and secures sandpaper on the disc with a tight ring. In the preparation process of metallographic samples, pre-polishing of the sample is an essential preliminary step before polishing. Only after rough, fine, and precise grinding can the sample undergo effective polishing.
