Overview:

The BMP-2E metallographic sample grinder and polisher is a two-disc, two-speed grinding and polishing unit. The body is made of one-piece molding with ABS material, featuring a novel and aesthetically pleasing design, corrosion-resistant, and durable. The sturdy large base design ensures precise rotational balance. The motor is an AC motor, offering a long service life with low noise and strong torque for powerful power delivery, providing an efficient grinding and polishing experience. The main shaft leak-proof design ensures minimal damage to the bearings. Equipped with a cooling water pipe, it uses a plastic disc as the polishing disc and secures sandpaper with a tension ring. A backing adhesive polishing cloth is applied to the polishing disc. It can complete various sample processes including coarse grinding, fine grinding, and polishing. The dual-head configuration enhances sample preparation efficiency, making it an ideal choice for metallographic sample preparation equipment.
