Overview:
The BSMP-2 metallographic sample grinder-polisher is a grinding and polishing machine controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, featuring independent control of two discs. Made of stainless steel plates, it is sturdy, stable, corrosion-resistant, and durable. The grinding disc offers variable speed adjustment or four-speed options and can reverse the rotation direction. The motor is a servo motor with a long service life and low noise, providing strong torque for powerful power and an efficient grinding and polishing experience. The main shaft has a leak-proof design, ensuring the bearing is nearly indestructible. The cabinet-style structure allows for easy storage of various consumables and sample pieces. It is equipped with a cooling water pipe, adjustable for wet grinding, and features a bottom washing function for the grinding disc to prevent accumulation. The grinding disc, with a unique cast aluminum disc magnetic design, supports quick disk changes. The surface of the grinding and polishing disks is treated with Teflon, leaving no residue from sandpaper or polishing cloth. Simply changing the sandpaper and polishing cloth is all it takes to complete various sample processes such as rough grinding, fine grinding, and polishing. The dual-disc configuration enhances sample preparation efficiency, making it an ideal choice for metallographic sample preparation equipment.
