The BZMP-1A automatic metallographic sample polishing machine is a grinding and polishing equipment controlled by a single-chip microcomputer. The body is integrally formed from ABS material, featuring a novel and beautiful appearance, corrosion resistance, and durability. The sturdy cast base design ensures precise rotational balance. The grinding disk features variable speed control and reversible rotation. The magnetic levitation motor offers a long service life and low noise, providing powerful torque for a powerful driving force and an efficient grinding and polishing experience. The main shaft has a leak-proof design, ensuring minimal damage to the bearing. Equipped with a cooling water pipe, it can adjust the rotation direction for wet grinding. The grinding disk uses a cast aluminum disk with a unique magnetic design, supporting quick disk changes. The surfaces of the polishing disk and pad are treated with Teflon, leaving no residue from sandpaper polishing cloth. The grinding head features an electric locking device with a timing function for convenience and speed. After the sample is installed, pressing the start button automatically activates water flow, starting the grinding and polishing disk. Upon completion of the work, the water stops automatically, and the grinding head rises automatically.
