By adding highly activated plant extract to absorb malodorous molecules in the exhaust, the tower's absorption efficiency is significantly improved, removing exhaust molecules and odors, and increasing the interception rate of solid substances (dust, paste). The plant extract reduces the viscosity of solid substances, making equipment cleaning easier. Working Principle
Wet waste gas is introduced into the purification tower through the wind tube, passing through the packing layer, where it undergoes a thorough gas-liquid contact absorption and neutralization reaction with sodium hydroxide absorbent solution. After purification, the waste gas is then dehumidified and defogged by a defogging plate before being exhausted into the atmosphere by a fan. The absorbent solution is pressurized by a pump at the bottom of the tower and sprayed down from the top, ultimately returning to the bottom for recirculation. The purified waste gas meets the emission requirements of the Guangdong Province local standards, which are lower than the national emission standards.
