The addition of highly activated plant extract enhances the absorption of malodorous molecules in the exhaust gas, significantly improving the tower's absorption efficiency. It removes exhaust gas molecules and odors, and increases the interception rate of solid substances (dust, grease). The plant extract can reduce the stickiness of solid substances, making equipment cleaning more convenient. Working Principle

Wet waste gas is introduced into the purification tower through a duct, passing through a packed bed where it undergoes a thorough gas-liquid contact absorption and neutralization reaction with sodium hydroxide absorbent. After purification, the waste gas is further dehumidified and defogged by a demister plate before being exhausted into the atmosphere by a fan. The absorbent is pressurized at the bottom of the tower by a pump, sprayed from the top, and then recirculated back to the bottom for reuse. The purified waste gas meets the Guangdong Province's local emission standards, which are lower than the national emission standards.
