The SJMM type compact insulated busway is a new type of busway system developed by our company based on our successful market sales and production experience, which is more tailored to customer needs. This system upgrades the existing foundation, featuring high automation and capable of meeting various electrical distribution requirements of different customers.
Structural Features
1. Straight line segment
Busbar systems use steel or aluminum bars as conductors.
Standard length: 0.5-30 meters
Double-sided interface setup available
The busbar channel surface color can be selected by the user.
2. Terminal Input Unit: Offers connection to transformers, large equipment, or low-voltage distribution panels.
3. Reversing Unit: Allows for easy adjustment of the busbar system's direction, solving layout challenges and saving space.
4. Voltage Transformer Unit: Facilitates the conversion of current from high amperes to low amperes, providing users with a more cost-effective power distribution and transmission environment.
5. Expansion joint unit: Adapts to the thermal expansion and contraction of the main bus system.
6. Soft Connection: Equipped with a reliable soft connection unit for transformer connection, to prevent the vibration of the transformer from affecting the entire power distribution system.
7. Socket: Achieves true high density with features such as low impedance and fast heat dissipation. The socket unit is highly versatile, suitable for three-wire, four-wire, and five-wire systems.
8. Connector box
The junction box can be fitted with fuses or circuit breakers for protection, with the component models selectable by the user.
Internal Interlock: The SJMM junction box is equipped with an internal interlock mechanism to prevent the door from being opened when the box is powered on.
Preventive mis-wiring: The connector box comes with a built-in positioning device, effectively preventing mis-wiring.
Connector: The "T-type pin provides stability, reliability, and higher current-carrying capacity.
All pins are tin-plated or silver-plated to enhance their electrical properties.
