Sliding Contact WireFeatures, characteristics
1. Safety of Conductive Rails: The housing of the power supply conductive rail is made of high-insulation engineering plastic. The protection level of the housing can be customized to IP13 or IP55 according to requirements, which can prevent attacks from rain, snow, frost, and ice as well as foreign objects. The conductive rail withstands various environmental conditions. It has excellent insulation properties and causes no damage to maintenance personnel when touching the external part of the transmission conduit.
2. Stable Conductive Rails: The transmission rail has excellent conductivity, rapid heat dissipation, high allowable current density, low impedance, and minimal line loss. The brushes are made of metal copper and carbon alloy materials with high conductivity and high wear resistance. The conductor mover is sensitive in movement, with good directional function, effectively controlling contact and arc phenomena.
3. Economical Conductive Rail System: The power supply safety conductive rail equipment has a simple structure, high allowable current density, low resistivity, and low voltage loss, which can save about 10% of electricity. It achieves the replacement of steel with plastic and copper with plastic, featuring innovative planning that does not require additional insulation structures or compensation wires. It is installed on the same side as the crane control room. The conductive rail system saves on materials and costs.
4. Easy Sliding Contact Line: The power supply sliding contact line equipment merges multi-pole busbars into a single conduit for easy assembly. The fixed brackets, connecting clips, and suspension equipment for the sliding contact line are all supplied as standard components. Installation, disassembly, adjustment, and maintenance are also very convenient.
1. Safe and reliable; no risk of electric shock even when touched by the finger, compliant with IP23 standard.
2. Energy-saving and consumption reduction, using specific alloy aluminum profiles as conductors; low resistance, effectively reducing power loss.
3. Light series ≤500A, Heavy Type I series 630A~1250A, Heavy Type II series >1250A; same series, sleeves and accessories are universal.
4. The product conforms to the national JBT 6391.1-2010 and JBT 6391.2-2010 standards.
5. Long service life, with both conductor sheaths utilizing a common formula, the service life of the sliding contact line system is maximized.
6. Utilizes combined planning for easy installation and daily maintenance, particularly suitable for high-altitude operations.
7. The electrical assembly allows for 3D movement in space, ensuring continuous power supply to the equipment; features dual insulation design for enhanced safety and stability.
