I. Product Introduction
Operation Principle of Semi-Fixed (Portable) Foam Fire Extinguishing Equipment
The semi-fixed (portable) foam fire extinguishing device connects its proportioning mixer's pipe union at both ends to the fire hose during extinguishing and to a pressure water source. When water at a pressure of not less than 0.6 MPa flows at a high velocity through the nozzle of the proportioning mixer, due to the lateral movement and diffusion of jet particles, a vacuum (negative pressure) is formed inside the mixer. Consequently, foam liquid from the foam liquid storage tank is forced into the mixer through the suction pipe under atmospheric pressure, where it mixes with the pressurized water to achieve a certain mixture ratio. As the mixed liquid, under pressure, flows to the foam gun, the gun's performance draws in a certain amount of air, causing the foam mixture to foam. This achieves the foam fire extinguishing effect.

Available in capacities of 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 700, 800, and 1000 liters, with flow rates of 4L/S and 8L/S.
Usage Instructions

During fire extinguishing, the pipe sockets at both ends of the proportioning mixer are connected to the fire hose and the pressure water source. As the pressure water flows through the proportioning mixer of the foam fire extinguishing device, a vacuum is formed inside the proportioning mixer. Consequently, the foam extinguishing agent in the foam liquid storage tank is forced into the proportioning mixer through the suction pipe by atmospheric pressure, mixing with the pressure water to achieve a certain proportion of foam mixture. When the foam mixture under pressure flows into the foam gun, the gun's performance draws in a certain amount of air, causing the foam mixture to foam. This achieves the foam fire extinguishing effect.
