When a foam fire truck or fixed fire pump supplies a foam mixture through the delivery pipeline and passes through the generator, it draws in a large amount of air to produce foam, which is then sprayed onto the surface of the burning liquid to form a foam layer or film. This is a key component of a low expansion foam firefighting system.
Applicable to independent A, B, C class liquid storage tank areas and enterprise auxiliary A, B, C liquid storage tank areas with insufficient fire protection facilities, as well as to fire water supply pipelines for storage tank areas shared with other equipment; no additional piping is required.
Structural Characteristics and Working Principle
Structure diagram as follows: Figure 1

Principle of Operation: When a foam fire truck or fixed fire pump supplies a foam mixture, it flows through a delivery pipeline to the generator, where it吸入a large amount of air and produces foam. It is then ejected through a jet pipeline and, after being deflected by baffles, flows down the tank wall, forming a foam film on the oil surface. This film blocks air, achieving fire extinguishing effects.
II. Main Performance and Technical Parameters
Performance Parameters
Generator pressure range: 0.4~0.6 MPa
The generator is suitable for use with: 3% or 6% foam liquids of various types.
Section 3: Dimensions
