Our magnesium alloy production line uses alloy billets such as AZ31B, 31D, M50, AZ63, AZ80A, and AZ91D, cast with the latest large-scale semi-continuous casting machines domestically available. The specifications can range from 60mm to 400mm in diameter and 6 meters in length. Through continuous casting and mixed gas protection production processes, the products feature high strength, dense internal structure, free from shrinkage cavities, solvent corrosion, and oxide inclusions, smooth surfaces, non-segregated chemical composition, and dimensions that can be customized to meet customer needs.

Main Application of Extruded Magnesium Rod Anodes:

We can supply high-potential (Mg-Mn) or low-potential (AZ31) extruded anodes, which are typically used in various water heat exchangers and water tanks, or for pre-protection of offshore structures, etc.
