Product Introduction:

Our standard test piles are made of galvanized seamless steel pipes. A label is installed at the flattened top section. The upper middle is open, with an electrical junction board inside, featuring 6 terminals connected by copper connecting strips. A detection door is installed at the opening, equipped with a safety lock (the key is universal). A rain shield is welded above the detection door to prevent rust caused by rainwater. The bottom is焊接 with a circular, square, or cross-shaped base plate for stable installation. Small openings are made on the bottom steel pipe for the test cable to exit. The outer wall of the test pile is coated with anti-rust paint, and the top is painted with orange yellow topcoat, while the bottom 700mm is coated with black epoxy asphalt paint. (Plastic coating can be applied according to customer requirements.)
