Plastic-lined pipes are a special type of pipeline material with excellent temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, making them ideal for transporting highly corrosive media such as nitric acid, aqua regia, mixed acid, bromides, and other organic solvents. Plastic-lined straight pipes: these are steel pipes lined with plastic, categorized into extruded steel plastic-lined pipes and steel pipe plastic-lined pipes. Extruded pipes: primarily made by molding polytetrafluoroethylene powder through molds, then pressure-formed using water pressure and finally baked in an oven. These pipes are commonly used in situations with high vacuum and harsh medium environments, showing significant effectiveness, although they are relatively expensive. Plastic-lined pipe: these are pipes where a push extruded tube (produced by a pipe extrusion machine with uniform wall thickness and good density) is directly slipped over the steel pipe, with the ends being processed and flanged. These pipes are relatively inexpensive and suitable for medium environments that are not too harsh.
