The PTFE sleeve tube boasts chemical stability, withstanding all strong acids, bases, and oxidizers, and does not react with various organic solvents. PTFE has a wide temperature range, allowing for long-term use from -180℃ to 250℃ under atmospheric pressure. After 1000 hours of operation at 250℃ high temperature, its mechanical properties change minimally. PTFE features a very low coefficient of friction, making it an excellent anti-friction and self-lubricating material, with a static friction coefficient lower than the dynamic one, thus offering the advantages of low starting resistance and smooth operation when used in bearings. Due to its non-polarity, high-temperature resistance, and non-absorbency, PTFE is also an excellent electrical insulating material. It also exhibits excellent resistance to aging, non-stickiness, and non-flammability.
Insulated wire sleeving, pipes for corrosive fluid media, electrical insulation components for use under various high-frequency conditions. A wide range of profiles and components, including rods, pipes, films, bearings, washers, valves, etc., are produced, and are extensively used in mechanical, chemical, aviation, electrical & electronic, medical healthcare, and electrical insulation fields.
