6. After-Sales Service Commitment:
Our tower clock equipment comes with a five-year warranty, starting from the date of final project acceptance.
2. During the warranty period, we are responsible for free repairs and provide a service response time as low as 2-12 hours after receiving the customer's repair notice, with on-site arrival within 12-36 hours.
