Yantai Kexin Clock Co., Ltd. produces tower clocks with precise timekeeping and zero error, primarily secured by the following technological guarantees:
GPS real-time time synchronization, achieving synchronization with standard time, the master control system master clock has no cumulative error, not a second off.
2. Dependable IoT technology and feedback supervision system for sub-clocks (dial clocks), ensuring synchronization between the dial clocks and the master clock. The sub-clocks automatically synchronize with the master clock every 15 seconds. In case of a sub-clock malfunction, an automatic alert is triggered along with a suggested solution.
3. Our self-manufactured movement is the core component of the tower clock, constructed with babbitt bronze for the bearing material and 45# steel that has undergone rigorous mechanical heat treatment, significantly enhancing the movement's wear resistance. The fully enclosed design ensures no maintenance or保养 is required, guaranteeing a lifespan of 50 years.
4. Experienced installation personnel ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Our company boasts skilled installers and several rigorously trained高空作业 personnel. Our philosophy is that three parts depend on the equipment, and seven parts on the installation. Local offices and service outlets truly provide peace of mind for users, ensuring worry-free usage after purchase.
5. With years of technical accumulation, our company is capable of repairing tower clocks from all brands across the nation. To assure our customers of their choice, we promise a free 3-year warranty on all repairs.
Tower Clock Grand Clock Production and Installation Process:
Estimated Completion Time: 30 calendar days
Including: Manufacturing Lead Time: 20 days
Transportation and installation timeline: 10 days
I. Production, guaranteed manufacturing schedule
1. Based on the signed contract. The day after the contract is signed, the company issues production schedules to all production departments (each production workshop, technical department, logistics center). The schedules should clearly specify: the dimensions, colors, functions, and shipment times of each product. Additionally, an itemized "Material Requirement Sheet" should be attached.
2. The technical department is responsible for determining the technical solution based on the specific requirements of the bid document from Party A, and providing it to the production workshop for production. The logistics center, based on the "Material Requirement Sheet" and the current inventory status, drafts a detailed "Procurement Plan Sheet." The procurement plan is then issued to: electronic component procurement specialist, outsourced procurement specialist, and bulk material procurement specialist. The required approximate funds are also notified to the finance department.
3. Begin procuring various materials starting from the second day, with priority given to urgently needed production supplies.
4. The company's existing inventory of spare parts and equipment, such as control systems and cores, will be immediately put into production as per the contract requirements. By the 3rd to 13th day, the basic manufacturing of control systems and cores will be completed. They will then gradually proceed to the debugging and trial operation processes.
5. Basic completion of the clock face production within the 3rd to 13th day (the exterior parts do not require adjustment).
6. By the 8th to 11th day, all packaging materials will be in stock, and the wooden boxes for packaging will be completed.
7. All adjustments must be completed within the 18th day, and pre-packaging inspections should be conducted, along with the completion of various packing documents and forms.
8. All packaging completed by the 19th day.
9. Notify Party A of the readiness for shipment, and confirm with Party A the specific unloading location and installation time.
10. The installation personnel will arrive at the installation site in advance, according to the agreed schedule by both parties, to prepare for the installation. The following day, they will inspect the goods together with Party A and commence the installation.
Section II: Clock Equipment Transportation and Installation Plan:
(Part 1) Packaging, Shipment, and Transportation Solutions
1. In terms of packaging, for general control instruments and computer accessories, we use cardboard boxes, lined with shock-absorbing foam and moisture-proof plastic bags inside; for items like clock faces, valuable goods (such as control boxes, clock hands, scales, etc.), and goods exceeding 20 kg in weight, we add an additional wooden crate (constructed with high-quality plywood) on the outside of the cardboard box. Similarly, shock-absorbing foam is added between the wooden crate and cardboard box. All packaging is neat, aesthetically pleasing, and reliable, loaded into vehicles according to road transport requirements to ensure goods arrive intact and undamaged at their destination.
2. Each package box includes a detailed product packing list, factory inspection certificate, quality inspection certificate, and manual, etc. The box is sealed after being inspected and approved by the inspector.
Each package box is imprinted with the shipper, departure station, consignee, destination station, product name, gross/net weight, total number of packages in this shipment, contract number, etc. Additionally, it features the "Three Protection" logo.
4. Transportation. For this batch of *** equipment, we will select the most suitable transportation method, such as road or rail, based on the installation location of the tower clock project and the requirements for equipment transportation security. We guarantee the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of the goods to the destination. Any losses due to loss or damage will be borne by our company. Within 48 hours prior to the shipment of the equipment, we will fax the recipient the details including the name of the station for equipment installation, quantity, estimated installation date, contract number, material name, quantity, gross weight, volume, amount, name of the transportation vehicle, and the shipment schedule.
5. Arrival Inspection and Handover
Upon arrival at the buyer's destination, our project manager and the buyer's representative will jointly inspect the goods as per the contract. The inspection scope includes the quantity, specifications, model, quality, and performance parameters of the equipment. Both parties will sign and seal the delivery (receiving) document, which serves as a crucial basis for operational handover. In case the goods do not meet the buyer's requirements, the buyer has the right to refuse acceptance or request a replacement. Any resulting costs will be borne by our company.
