2. Payment Terms

Vendor to issue a valid and legal general or special invoice, payment by bank transfer or wire transfer, cash payments are not accepted.

5. After-Sales Service

1). The quality warranty period for the tower clock equipment provided by our company is3Year, calculated from the date of final engineering acceptance.

2) During the warranty period, our company is responsible for free repairs and provides a service response time of as little as 2-12 hours after receiving the customer's repair request, with a commitment to arrive at the repair site within 48 hours.

3). Post-warranty, we continue to offer repair services at only the cost of parts.

4) Lifetime free technical consulting services and software upgrade support.

5) Due to our high degree of self-production for the tower clock equipment, we can still ensure that the provided equipment accessories meet the standards throughout the lifetime of the product after upgrades and replacements.

6) Our company conducts a follow-up visit to the equipment provided every six months.
