Product Description
The Simida intelligent three-dimensional storage system utilizes high-rise steel structure shelves for storing goods, with aisle stacker cranes coordinating with surrounding loading and unloading systems for retrieval and storage operations, all managed and controlled by computers. The use of a three-dimensional storage system enables rationalization of high-rise storage in warehouses, automated retrieval, and simplified operation.
Palletized Storage System
Unit Load Palletized Storage SystemPrimarily utilizing stacker cranes to traverse the aisles of a high-rise warehouse, depositing goods at storage bins at the end of the aisles or retrieving items from bins for delivery to the aisle ends. This method enables dense storage, maximizing space utilization, while also achieving rapid inventory turnover. It is a widely used storage solution today.

Through-type立体warehouseRemoved aisles between shelves, allowing goods in the same column across all levels to connect, creating passageways capable of holding multiple product units at once. Primarily utilizes shuttle trucks for straight-line stacking on shelf tracks, with AGVs for infront transfer. A dense storage method that maximizes space utilization.

Tunnel stacker
Stacker cranes are the primary retrieval devices in intelligent three-dimensional storage systems, capable of moving along both horizontal and vertical aisles between racks, removing or storing goods from/to shelves using forks.
Single-column stackerIt's slightly weaker in terms of strength, but offers greater flexibility, suitable for lifting small objects with generally lower lifting heights.
