Fiber Disc Filter

Please follow these steps when installing the fiber disc filter:
1. Place the filter on the work station where filtration is required, connect the inlet and outlet flanges or pipe threads, and secure it in place; block the exhaust port or install an exhaust valve. Jacket-type connections for heat source insulation.
2. Place the filter bag, ensuring the ring opening of the filter bag matches the collar of the metal inner mesh. Note: If a stitched filter bag is being used, fold the stitched edge and insert it, which can enhance the filtration of the stitched filter bag.
3. After aligning the top cover, simultaneously tighten the two吊帽 diagonally, then tighten each吊帽 one by one.
4. Close the exhaust valve installed at the top of the fiber disc filter.
5. Please check if all the connecting pipe channels are securely fastened; ensure the working pressure is within the permissible range.
6. Open the outlet valve. Activate the heat source to the inlet valve to raise the filter machine to the desired temperature.
7. Gradually open the inlet valve, allowing the liquid to flow slowly and fill the filter, to prevent a sudden impact on the filter bag that could cause it to burst. Then, check for any leaks. If no leaks are present, you can begin the filtration process.
