Principle of Construction
(1) The main body of the dewatering machine consists of a fixed ring and a floating ring stacked together, creating a filtering device with a spiral shaft running through it. The front section is the concentration section, while the rear section is the dewatering section.
(2) The filter gap formed between the fixed ring and the sliding ring, as well as the decreasing pitch of the spiral shaft from the concentration section to the dewatering section.
(3) Meanwhile, the helical shaft continuously drives the floating ring to sweep the filter slots, preventing blockages.
