Performance Features
The main body of the dehydrator is formed by the stacked fixed and floating rings, with a spiral shaft running through to create a filtering device. The front section is the concentration section, and the rear section is the dehydration section.
(2) The filter gap formed between the fixed ring and the sliding ring, as well as the pitch of the spiral shaft, gradually decreases from the concentration section to the dewatering section.
(3) As the spiral shaft rotates, it not only propels sludge from the concentration section to the dewatering section but also continuously drives the floating ring to sweep the filter slots, preventing clogging.
(4) After污泥 undergoes gravity thickening in the thickening section, it is transported to the dewatering section. As it progresses, the internal pressure increases significantly due to the gradual reduction in filter gap and screw pitch, as well as the obstruction by the back pressure plate. This results in a continuous decrease in volume, achieving the purpose of thorough dewatering.
