Screw Conveyer

Equipment Composition
The screw press consists of a screw element, drive unit, filtrate tank, mixing system, and frame, etc. During operation, sludge is lifted to the mixing tank by a sludge pump. At this point, a dosing pump also supplies the mixing tank with a precise amount of chemical solution. The mixing motor drives the entire mixing system to thoroughly mix the sludge with the chemical solution, resulting in floc formation. Once the liquid level reaches the sensor, it triggers the main screw press motor to start pressurizing the sludge into the main screw press. Under the action of the screw shaft, the sludge is gradually elevated to the sludge outlet, while the filtrate flows out through the gap between the fixed and floating rings.
