Operating Principle
The preparation process of polymer solutions is completed step by step through individual solution tanks, which are isolated from each other. Achieve dissolution time and a constant concentration within each tank, avoiding short circuits between the pre-mixed tank and the solution storage tank. The liquid level gauge signals and is controlled by electrical self-power. Once the liquid level reaches "low," the electronic water inlet valve is opened, and the dry powder feeder is simultaneously activated. The amount of dry powder and water can be accurately adjusted to achieve the required concentration. As the water input increases, the liquid level reaches "high," and the solution circulation process stops. The agitator remains in operation.
