Working Principle
The polymer solution preparation process is sequentially completed through each solution tank, which are isolated from each other. Each tank achieves the dissolution time and a constant concentration. Avoid short-circuiting between the pre-mixed storage tank and the solution storage tank. The liquid level gauge transmits signals based on the liquid level, controlled by an automatic electric system. Once the level reaches "low," the electronic water inlet valve opens, and the dry powder dosing machine is simultaneously activated. The amount of dry powder and water can be accurately adjusted to achieve the desired concentration. As the water input increases, when the level reaches "high," the dissolution cycle stops. The stirrer remains operational.
