Operating Principle
The polymer solution preparation process is accomplished step by step through individual solution tanks, which are separated from each other. Each tank achieves dissolution time and a constant concentration, ensuring no short circuit occurs between the pre-mixed tanks and the solution storage tanks. The level gauge signals the level, controlled by an electrical self-powered mechanism. Upon reaching the "low level," the electronic water inlet valve is opened, and the dry powder dosing machine is activated simultaneously. The dosage of dry powder and the amount of water can be accurately adjusted to achieve the required concentration. As the water input increases, the level reaches the "high level," at which point the medication solution circulation process stops. The mixer remains in the operational state.
