Introduction
Gate operators are used for various large-scale water supply and drainage, as well as hydroelectric and water conservancy projects. They are designed to control the lifting and lowering of all sizes of cast iron and steel gates to achieve the purpose of opening and closing.

Structural Features
1. The shut-off machinery consists of a motor, shutter, frame, and protective cover, etc.; it employs a three-stage reduction method, powered by spiral gears, and offers a high output torque. The accompanying steel frame overcomes the unevenness in civil engineering, reducing the overall noise and vibration of the machinery.
2. Utilizes outdoor-duty long-lasting motor with a protection rating of ≥IP55. The stroke control mechanism operates on the decimal counter principle, ensuring a stroke accuracy of 0.5%. Torque protection control is achieved by the worm gear generating an axial displacement to trigger a microswitch, thereby protecting the electrical appliance.
3. Easy operation and maintenance, supporting both on-site and remote control operations.
Operation Procedure
1. Construction units must install the shutdown machine on a level, solid foundation with good visibility, ensuring the机身 and ground anchor are firmly secured. The centerline of the shutdown machine should be perpendicular to the guide pulley, and the distance between the shutdown machine and the pulley should generally be no less than 15 meters.
2. Prior to the tuning and installation operation, inspect the wire rope, clutch, brake, safety ratchet, drive pulley, etc. The wire rope should be neatly arranged on the drum, with three turns retained during operation. No one is allowed to cross over the wire rope of the opening and closing machine during operation to prevent any accidents.
3. When lifting heavy objects and requiring them to remain suspended in the air, in addition to using the brake, the ratchet safety lock should be engaged firmly. It is strictly prohibited to leave the post without permission during operation.
4. Follow the signals given by the command personnel. In case of unclear signals or potential accidents, operations should be suspended and resumed only after the situation is clarified. In the event of a sudden power outage during work, immediately pull the circuit breaker and lower the items being transported.
Test Method
1. Operators of the opening and closing machinery must be familiar with its structure, performance, and operation methods, as well as possess mechanical knowledge to ensure the machine operates normally.
2. Before operation, inspect the opening and closing machine for proper lubrication and tightness of bolts.
3. When the switchgear is in operation, the operator must not leave the site. Any issues should be addressed immediately by shutting down the equipment.
4. When repairing the machine, clean the load.
5. When in use, lubricating oil should be injected through the oiling hole at all times. It's essential to maintain sufficient lubrication. The screw should be cleaned of oil residue regularly, and fresh oil should be applied to prevent rusting.
