Tumble Floatation Machine

Investment savings
The spiral cutting flotation machine can remove oils, solid suspended matter, BOD, and COD from wastewater. By installing this system before the biological secondary wastewater treatment plant, the scale of the treatment plant can be significantly reduced, thereby greatly cutting down on the overall investment costs. The spiral cutting flotation process does not require pressure vessels, air compressors, circulating pumps, and flocculation equipment, thus significantly reducing the investment costs for wastewater pretreatment.
Low operational costs
The 100T/H flotation system requires only 4.5 horsepower (3.37 Kw) of power. This is unparalleled by other flotation systems, and also involves less maintenance and manual operation.
High efficiency
Compared to traditional dissolved air flotation, our process provides an abundant supply of microbubbles, which, while aerating, also act as a mixer. This allows the microbubbles to adhere to flocs, thereby enhancing the separation efficiency between solid and liquid phases. Since the bonding of bubbles to flocs occurs simultaneously with the aggregation of flocs, the gas-solid combination is tightly integrated, resulting in floating sludge that remains suspended for a long time and flotation concentrate with a lower water content.
