Cathodic Protection Intelligent Data Collector is used for measuring various cathodic protection data, and automatically transmits the detection data to the server management system via a wireless network. The intelligent test post features an airtight design, ensuring long-term stable operation in harsh field environments.

Key hardware modules include: collection circuit, data processing and transmission module, and battery; the collection circuit uses low-power chips and industrial-grade electronic components; the data processing and transmission module employs a transparent transmission module. Both the collection circuit and data processing and transmission module are designed with a double-layer board for easy independent replacement in case of module failure. It supports SIM cards from the three major operators - Mobile, Unicom, and China Telecom - and wireless networks, uploading data to the management server through the operator's network base stations.

The battery utilizes a single-use lithium-iron battery pack with a capacity of ≥20Ah. Under the condition of uploading one data point per day, it can operate continuously for over 5 years. Customization is available upon customer request.
