Nantong Derun Company's DR-FH heat treatment blackening agent is suitable for the surface blackening treatment of metal workpieces after high-temperature tempering. The process is simple and environmentally friendly, with a non-glossy film layer that does not adhere to or corrode the conveyor belt, ensuring long-term cleanliness of the belt. The operating temperature exceeds 80°C, with the diluent being resistant to high temperatures and aging, and having a long service life.

DR-FH Heat Treatment Blackening Agent Preparation Method
When preparing the mixture, first stir the concentrated solution to prevent settling of a few active ingredients. Add a specified amount of the blackening agent to water based on the volume of the blackening tank and the concentration requirements in the usage instructions. Start the recirculation pump and mixing device to ensure the blackening agent is thoroughly mixed with the water. It is recommended to use a concentration of 8%-20% for ideal results.
Process Parameters
The tempering temperature of the workpiece must be maintained between 250℃ and 550℃, with a blackening time of typically 20s to 1min. Ensure the cleanliness of the workpiece surface before blackening; if there is oil or rust, it must be cleaned and rust removed to ensure even coating.
Packaging and Storage
120°C-150°C hot air drying, oil coated packaging. Heat treatment blackening agent to be stored in a cool, dry place, protect from sunlight.
