DR - CX Series Precision Punching Oil Introduction
DR-CX-JC precision stamping oil is composed of refined mineral oil, various extreme pressure additives, and lubricating additives. The active ingredients extend the mold's service life while enhancing the surface finish of the workpiece.
Traditional dark sulfurized oil often affects the operator's health and working environment during precision machining. This precision machining oil combines the benefits of light sulfurized oil and oil film strengthening additives, reducing the product's odor and enhancing its rust prevention properties.

DR-CX-WD is a low oil mist metalworking oil suitable for forming under high-pressure conditions, such as warm forming of high-alloy steel, high-carbon steel, and stainless steel screws.

Note: Pb value: indicates the performance of the lubricant; Pd value shows the extreme pressure performance of the oil under high temperature and high pressure conditions. For general lubricants, Pb is 280, and Pd is 1200.
The higher the Pb value, the superior the performance of the lubricating oil.

Packaging and Storage
Products passed the factory inspection should be used within 12 months; if not used within the time limit, they can only be used after re-inspection and approval.
The DR-CX series metal forming oil is packaged in 200-liter iron drums or 25kg plastic drums, for indoor storage (temperature 5-40°C).
