●The machine applies adhesive automatically, with glue only applied to the center of both sides of the label, avoiding any adhesive on the edges. Due to the glue being applied only to the sides of the label, it adheres flat and aesthetically pleasing to the drum, without any wrinkles. Compared to self-adhesive labels, this eliminates the issue of wrinkles in the labels, and also significantly reduces the cost of label usage for edible oil manufacturers.

●Machines utilize screw bottle separators for bottling, which are then fed into the pressure and cradle assembly via an infeed sprocket. After labeling, the bottles are discharged via an outfeed sprocket, completing the product labeling process.

●The machine is equipped with a bilingual (Chinese and English) touch screen for real-time monitoring of the equipment's operation, featuring display for machine errors, operating speed, and product output.

●Using programmable control technology, the photoelectric switch automatically applies labels to bottles upon detection and does not label when no bottles are present.
