Product Features:

●This machine is suitable for round, square, flat, conical, and elliptical bottles, capable of single, double, or triple-sided labeling, and can apply up to three labels simultaneously.

●The machine consists of an in/out bottle mechanism, automatic glue application unit, label picking unit, label holding and feeding unit, and label brushing unit. The machine guides bottles through a spiral bottle separator and an inlet starwheel to the pressurizing station, where adhesive-laden labels are simultaneously applied to the bottles and pressed onto the bottle body. The labels are then flattened by a brush and the bottles are fed out through an outlet starwheel to complete the labeling process.

●The machine is equipped with a bilingual (Chinese and English) display screen for real-time monitoring of equipment operation, featuring machine fault display, running speed display, and product yield display.

●Programmable control technology is used, with photoelectric switches automatically applying labels to bottles upon detection, and not labeling when no bottles are present.

●When changing bottle types, only a few parts need to be replaced to quickly resume production, with simple operation.
