Product Features:

●This unit is designed for edible oil factories.4L And5L Specialty paste labeling machine for oil drums. Capable of single-sided labeling for round drums and three-sided labeling for square drums, versatile for multi-purpose use.

●The machine applies glue automatically, with the adhesive only on the middle sides of the label, avoiding glue on the center. Due to the glue being applied only on the sides of the label, it adheres flatly and aesthetically to the drum without wrinkles. Compared to self-adhesive labels, it eliminates the issue of wrinkles in self-adhesive labels and significantly reduces the cost of label usage for edible oil manufacturers.

●The machine bottles using a screw-type separator, then transferred to the pressure and support devices by an inlet starwheel. After labeling, the bottles are guided out by an outlet starwheel, completing the product labeling process.

●The machine is equipped with a bilingual (Chinese and English) touch screen for real-time monitoring of the equipment's operation, featuring machine fault display, running speed display, and product yield display.

●Utilizing programmable control technology, the photoelectric switch automatically applies labels upon detecting bottles, and the machine does not label when no bottles are present.
